The David Clark Company has introduced the David Clark H10-60 noise-attenuating headset, which has special features that allow the wearer to create a custom fit. Horizontal ear dome pressure can be adjusted to any of three positions for the best comfort/attenuation.
A fastener secures the boom guide so that you can use the flex section to place the microphone in the ideal position. A head-band locknut allows you to set the vertical adjustment to your head size. The dome jack can be used with a standard straight cord with dual plugs, or a coil cord with dual or single plugs.
Other standard features of this David Clark H10-60 headset are the foam/airflow headband, liquid-filled ear seals and a volume control knob with detent settings to prevent accidental changes in volume. It also comes with the noise-canceling, amplified electret M-7A microphone. Suggested retail price for the H10-60 headset is $400.
